Full Time | Monday to Friday | 8.30am – 5.00pm

Intelligent Repairs is a growing property compliance and maintenance company specialising in electrical safety, landlord compliance and property repairs throughout Edinburgh and the Lothians.
We are looking for a fully qualified SELECT Registered Electrician to join our expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrician who enjoys their trade but is looking for the stability of permanent employment. You'll have fixed working hours, a well-organised diary, a company vehicle and the support of an experienced office team who will schedule your work, deal with customers and take care of the administration and invoicing.
Your focus will simply be on delivering first-class workmanship.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- A fully qualified SELECT Registered Electrician (essential)
- Qualified to the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Qualified in Inspection & Testing (2391 or equivalent preferred)
- Experienced in carrying out EICRs and remedial works
- Intelligent, organised and able to work independently
- Hard-working, reliable and takes pride in producing high-quality work
- Friendly, professional and confident when dealing with customers
- Looking for a long-term career with a growing business
Your Role
Your work will include:
- Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs)
- Fault finding and diagnostics
- Consumer unit replacements
- Remedial electrical works
- Smoke, heat and carbon monoxide alarm installations
- Minor electrical installations
- Electrical certification
- Landlord compliance work
- Working to the high standards expected by local authority and private sector clients
