All Renewable Energy Ltd is a well-established local company that has been operating in the small-scale renewable energy sector since 2010. We were the first company in Perth to achieve MCS accreditation for Solar PV, Solar Thermal, Air & Ground Source Heat Pumps, and Biomass systems.
With over 16 years of experience in the renewable energy industry, we have developed extensive expertise across a wide range of environmentally friendly technologies. We currently specialise in Solar PV, Battery Storage, EV charging solutions, and Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHPs).

Responsibilities:
- Solar PV, Battery storage systems, EV Chargers
- Designing Solar PV systems.
- Installing the electrical components of Solar PV and battery storage systems.
- Supervising Solar PV and battery installations, including overseeing other installers.
- Planning and coordinating daily workloads.
- Completing full system commissioning on-site, ensuring all systems and online monitoring platforms are fully operational.
- Customer handovers - acting as the professional face of the company, explaining system operation and smart monitoring applications clearly to customers.
- Fault finding & breakdowns - attending call-outs to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair faults on existing Solar PV and battery storage systems.
- Warranty investigations - carrying out technical assessments for manufacturer warranty claims and liaising with suppliers where required.
- Local material procurement - sourcing and ordering day-to-day installation materials that are not included in the main equipment deliveries.
- Working closely with our roofing and heating teams across a range of renewable energy projects.
- Heat Pump Installations
- Wiring Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHPs), installing distribution boards and carrying out circuit testing.
General Electrical Duties
- Carrying out electrical modifications, including sockets, switches and lighting circuits.
- Conducting electrical testing, fault finding and commissioning.
- Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults safely and efficiently.
- Inspecting and testing electrical installations, systems and equipment.
- Maintaining accurate records of installations, repairs and maintenance.
- Working closely with the office team and installation colleagues to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Ensuring all installations comply with MCS standards, Building Regulations and BS 7671 Wiring Regulations.
- Keeping up to date with industry standards and best practice.
- Delivering an excellent customer experience throughout every project.
Qualifications & Requirements
Required:
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
- Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Test & Inspection qualification.
- Full UK driving licence.
Desirable:
- Experience installing Air Source Heat Pumps.
- Experience with Solar PV, Battery Storage and EV charging installations.
- Solar PV, Battery Storage and/or EV charging qualifications.
