Our Lady’s is actively recruiting for a Nursery Room Leader. The successful candidate will join the Nursery Management team and lead their own team within the Nursery.
We are looking for a qualified Nursery Room Leader who is dynamic, shows initiative and loves working with children, providing the best levels of care to our children, supporting them by providing a unique and challenging environment for the children to thrive.

Room Leader requirements & Skills:
- Full and relevant level 3 qualification – Essential
- 1 year+ experience working in childcare – Essential
- Experience working in a senior position – Desirable
- Knowledge of the statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements – Essential.
- Knowledge of OFSTED requirements and guidelines – Essential
