Your responsibilities will include:

Leading, motivating and developing the store team

Driving sales performance and achieving business targets

Delivering an outstanding customer experience

Managing rotas, recruitment, training and performance

Maintaining stock control and inventory accuracy

Overseeing merchandising and promotional activity

Ensuring compliance with health & safety and company procedures

Handling customer queries and resolving issues professionally

Monitoring store performance and reporting on key business metrics

Maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming retail environment
You'll have:

Previous retail management experience

Strong leadership and people management skills

Excellent communication and organisational abilities

Experience driving sales and commercial performance

Knowledge of merchandising and stock management

Confidence using retail management systems
