We are looking for a proactive Cleaning Supervisor to lead a cleaning team at a large GP surgery based in Highcliffe. In this hands-on role, you will carry out your own cleaning responsibilities while supervising the daily operations of the team, ensuring consistently high standards of cleanliness throughout the site. You will also be responsible for managing stock levels, maintaining an efficient workflow, and ensuring the premises are secure at the end of each shift.
Applicants must be reliable, proactive, and possess strong communication abilities to coordinate effectively.
The ideal candidate will be able to work Monday - Friday from 6:30pm - 9pm
