We are seeking an individual who has what it takes to make a change in the lives of those that we care for. You'll need to be energetic, enthusiastic and good on your feet. You will play a vital role in supporting and enhancing the quality of life of the people we support, with Learning Disabilities and the elderly within the comfort of their own homes.
Please note clients may have pets!
We are not offering Sponsorships.
Main Duties/Responsibilities
- Assisting with personal care
- Social Skills
- Accessing their local community
- Delivering care that is within their individual support plans
- Providing emotional and behaviour support
- Assisting with breakfast, Lunch and Dinner - being mindful to maintain nutritional and cultural needs
- Light domestic household tasks: laundry, ironing, washing dishes etc.
Ideal Candidate:
- Compassionate, patient and hardworking
- Dedicated and efficient
- Experience with Learning Disabilities and elderly care
- Using of own initiative
- Good written, verbal, listening and communication skills
- Able to commit to regular (flexible) hours
- Respect values, equality, diversity and rights
- Drivers with a UK
Schedule:
Monday – Sunday
6.00am – 22:30pm
Working alternate weekends
