Job Advertisement: Sales Executive
Location: Manchester Private Hospital, (with travel to London Private Hospital, Birmingham, Bristol, Southampton & other clinics Nationwide)
Salary: A basic salary of £26,436.80 plus commission (uncapped) OTE £65,000 per annum
We are seeking a motivated, personable, and articulate Cosmetic Patient Experience Coordinator to join our dynamic team. What You’ll Do:
Act as the first point of contact for patients via email, phone, and in-person interactions, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
Conduct initial consultations with new clients, providing information about surgical and non-surgical procedures (training provided).
Coordinate diaries for patients and procedures, ensuring efficient scheduling for clinicians and hospital staff.
Exceed sales targets through a positive and empathetic approach, promoting the clinic’s services.
Manage administrative tasks, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
Advocate for the clinic with loyalty and enthusiasm, embodying its high standards of care and ethics.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 2-5 years in sales with a proven track record in customer service excellence.
Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. Strong attention to detail with a team-oriented mindset.
Personality: Positive, empathetic, and adaptable, with high ethical standards and a professional appearance.
