We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Assistant Manager/Bar Manager to lead our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily bar and restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and guest satisfaction
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of bartenders, servers, cooks, and support staff to achieve operational excellence
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food safety protocols to maintain quality standards and compliance with health regulations
- Manage inventory levels for food, beverages, and supplies; coordinate ordering and stock rotation
- Ensure adherence to all food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and responsible alcohol service policies
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance skills in serving, culinary techniques, and hospitality best practices
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and foster a lively yet professional atmosphere
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with strong team management skills
- Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and food production processes
- Experience in hospitality roles such as serving or barista work is highly desirable
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
- Previous hotel or culinary experience is a plus but not mandatory

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
