Our clinet is hiring ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our Manchester team. No experience needed — just drive, a competitive streak, and the hunger to build a genuine career in sales. We'll give you the training, the tools, and an uncapped commission structure. You bring the graft.
What you'll do
- Learn the full 360 recruitment cycle from day one — sourcing, pitching, and placing candidates
- Build relationships with candidates and clients over the phone and in person
- Win new business and manage your own desk as you grow
- Hit activity and billing targets, with clear rewards for doing so
- Work in a fast, sociable, high-energy team that celebrates wins
