This role would suit someone with estate agency experience who is confident in their ability and ready to take on more responsibility, or someone with strong transferable sales experience who thrives in a fast paced, people focused environment.
The Role
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you’ll play a key role within the branch, managing your own clients, driving deals forward, and delivering an exceptional experience to our clients from start to finish.
You’ll be someone who naturally builds relationships, spots opportunities, and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone and make things happen. Alongside this, you’ll support the wider team and help maintain the high standards we’re known for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiating offers and securing the best outcomes for our clients
- Managing your own pipeline of clients
- Helping progress sales from offer through to completion
- Booking valuations and identifying new business opportunities
- Delivering excellent customer service at every stage of the journey
- Assisting with property marketing across online platforms and social media
- Ensuring onboarding and compliance processes are completed accurately
- Keeping up to date with the local market and current trends
About You:
- Previous experience within estate agency or a strong sales background
- Confident and proactive
- A natural communicator who builds rapport easily
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deals at once
- A team player who also works well independently
- Positive, motivated and keen to be part of a close-knit team
- Passionate about delivering a high level of service
