We are looking for a reliable, professional and hardworking Cleaning Operative to join our team at a site in Derby, DE21 4BB.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and takes pride in maintaining high standards. There’s no desk, no emails, and nothing to take home at the end of the day. Simply arrive, complete your shift to a high standard and switch off when you leave.
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
- 2 hours 15 minutes per shift
- Shifts can be completed before 9:00am or after 5:30pm
- Total: 9 hours per week
The exact start time can be agreed, provided the cleaning is completed within the available time window.
Your duties will include:

Completing all required cleaning tasks across the site
- Maintaining consistently high standards of cleanliness
- Ensuring cleaning duties are completed efficiently and to the required standard
- Reporting any issues or concerns to management
- Working independently and managing your time effectively
- Following all cleaning and health & safety procedures
- Must be able to reliably travel to Derby, DE21 4BB (own transport advantageous)
- Previous cleaning experience is essential
- Must be reliable, punctual and trustworthy
- Comfortable working independently
- At least one reference from a previous employer
- Knowledge of COSHH is preferred
- £12.71 per hour
