Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Bar/Floor Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. The position involves both bar service and floor duties, ensuring a memorable experience for all visitors. Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable.
Duties
- Serve drinks and organise bar stock efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and organisation
- Prepare beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences
- Provide excellent guest services by welcoming patrons warmly and attending to their needs promptly
- Take orders accurately and deliver food and drinks with professionalism
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all duties
- Ensure the bar and dining area are clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times
- Handle phone enquiries courteously, providing information about menu options or reservations
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or food preparation is advantageous
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Experience as a barista or in culinary roles is beneficial
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly demeanour with a genuine passion for guest services and hospitality
