We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard working Practice Manager to join our team at Orthodontic Lounge, Dumfries.
Orthodontic Lounge provides the highest standard of care to our patients including the provision of general and cosmetic dentistry, implants, orthodontics, hygienist service, oral surgery and facial aesthetics. We are a Specialist Orthodontic Clinic and accept referrals for all Specialist Orthodontic treatment including Invisalign.
We have an in house training facility and provide a variety of internal CPD courses that are fully funded. Our commitment to training, education and mentorship will allow the right candidate to gain additional skills within dentistry.
The role would include leading and supporting a team of excellent dental professionals, that has a culture to provide the highest standard of care to patients.
The management role includes responsibility of; diary management, clinician and staff management, HR, accounts, and completing administrative and business tasks in a timely manner.
The candidate must be honest, have excellent communication skills, be able to show initiative and work well as part of and lead a team.
Previous experience within dentistry/management or leadership role is preferred, however, this position may also suit a Lead Dental Nurse who wishes to expand their career within dentistry.
