We are a busy Physiotherapy clinic that requires an administrator/receptionist for 25-30 hours a week to join our small and friendly team at our principle location in Leyton, East London.
Physio-Answers is an independent physiotherapy provider with a total of three clinics providing physiotherapy services to a varied caseload of patients referred through their occupational health schemes, private health insurers and those who are self funding. Our goal is for all our clients, from first contact until discharge to experience a warm and friendly service alongside the highest standards of professionalism and clinical care.
We consider the administration team a vital part of that philosophy so as the face of our organisation and the crucial link between our patients and clinicians we need someone who is able to;
- Be confident and articulate with clients and providers-both on the phone and at the front desk
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Follow protocols and instructions correctly and efficiently
- Be IT proficient using our electronic diary and management software system, Microsoft word, excel etc.
- Be aware of patient confidentiality and data protection issues
- Be happy to work independently and with initiative and also within a team
- Be involved in marketing and promotional strategies including social media
- Contribute to the success and development of the practice
Job description
As well as acting as the receptionist for the days’ appointments you will also be responsible for the general administration involved
Duties include:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the three clinics ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure quality patient care and satisfaction

- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 1 year office experience preferably within the health or wellbeing sector.
