About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Brewhouse & Warehouse Assistant to support the day-to-day operation of our brewery. This is a hands-on role combining brewery production, packaging, warehousing, stock control, and logistics. The successful candidate will work closely with the brewing team to ensure beer is produced, packaged, stored, and dispatched safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesBrewhouse
- Assist with all stages of the brewing process, including, mashing, boiling, fermentation, dry hopping, and conditioning.
- Prepare brewing ingredients and materials.
- Clean and sanitise brewing vessels, tanks, hoses, pumps, and equipment (CIP).
- Assist with transferring beer between tanks.
- Monitor fermentation and report any issues to the Head Brewer.
- Maintain accurate brewing and production records.
- Support quality control procedures and maintain hygiene standards.
Packaging
- Assist with kegging, canning, labelling, and packing finished products.
- Operate packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine quality checks during packaging runs.
- Ensure finished products meet company quality standards.
Warehouse & Logistics
- Receive and inspect deliveries.
- Store raw materials and finished goods correctly.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer and trade orders.
- Load and unload deliveries safely.
- Carry out regular stock counts and assist with inventory management.
- Keep warehouse areas organised, clean, and safe.
Pay: £13.00 per hour
