Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily laboratory operations, service workflows, and technical coordination activities
- Support laboratory staff, schedules, documentation, and operational procedures
- Monitor service quality, turnaround times, workflow progress, and performance reports
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, technical teams, and internal departments
- Assist with quality control, compliance procedures, and process improvement initiatives
- Prepare reports, records, schedules, and operational updates
- Ensure laboratory activities follow company standards, safety requirements, and quality procedures
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Experience in laboratory operations, scientific services, quality coordination, technical support, or healthcare-related services
- Previous team coordination or supervisory experience is preferred
- Experience working in a laboratory, testing, diagnostics, research, or technical service environment is an advantage

Education

Pay: £46,000.00-£64,000.00 per year
