Starting Salary: £26,000 increasing incrementally as competencies are gained.
Full Time | Permanent
Location: Newtown/Llanfair Caereinion
Working Week: Monday to Friday. 9am – 5pm (37.5 Hours)

An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Maldwyn Agency.
About the role:
As an Insurance Adviser within our small but growing team, you will play a key role in the success of an expanding local business, contributing to the smooth running of the office and ensuring the customer is at the heart of everything we do. Providing exceptional customer service, you will handle enquiries, provide insurance quotations and undertake insurance transactions and general sales tasks with a ‘can-do’ proactive attitude. You will also maximise inbound sales opportunities, cross selling to existing clients and assisting with renewal retention by using your excellent telephone manner to make the most of every call.
We have offices in Newtown and Llanfair Caereinion, and you will be required to work from both offices depending on the needs of the business.
About you:
Qualified in Maths and English GCSE Grade C or equivalent is essential.
The chances are, you’ll have already worked in a similar role, so will be no stranger to applying an excellent telephone manner and a flexible, people orientated approach to everything you do. Above all though, you’ll relish the challenge of being part of a truly customer-focused, ambitious team.
The ability to work confidently with Microsoft 365 programmes and a flexibility as to location is essential.
