We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic wait staff to join our team at Village Charcoal Grill. As a member of our wait staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests. This includes:
- Greeting guests and escorting them to their tables
- Taking food and drink orders
- Providing menu recommendations and answering questions
- Serving food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
- Handling cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintaining a clean and organized dining room
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a waiter/waitress
- Knowledge of Turkish cuisine and culture preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
