We’re looking for an experienced, confident manager to lead our established Canonmills salon while the current manager is on maternity leave.
When the manager returns, we’ll look to place you in another Salon Manager position where one is available. If there are no suitable vacancies, you’ll transition into a Cover Manager role, supporting our salons across Edinburgh.

The role
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading, coaching and motivating the salon team.
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Driving sales and achieving business targets.
- Managing rotas, staffing and daily operations.
- Recruiting, training and developing team members.
- Maintaining excellent standards of presentation, cleanliness and compliance.
About you
You’ll have:
- Previous management or strong assistant management experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- A passion for developing people and delivering great service.
- Confidence in driving sales and motivating a team.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings and weekends.
- The ability to work across our Edinburgh salons in the future.
