The Role
- Curate and add personalised amenities to guest rooms based on individual preferences, special occasions, or requests, ensuring a memorable and unique experience for each guest.
- Craft and send pre-arrival emails to guests, welcoming them to the hotel, providing pertinent information about their stay, and offering personalised recommendations or arrangements to enhance their experience.
- Host our VIP guests’ drinks and canapés receptions, provide beverages and assist with food requests.
- Take responsibility for our lounge, ensuring it is properly stocked throughout the week and kept in a clean and tidy state at all times.
- Be an ambassador of the hotel, and an honest and active member of the team.
- Proactively seek revenue generating opportunities in tandem with good service.
- Support the Reception in day-to-day tasks including but not limited to check-in and departure.
