Using our inspirational showroom displays as a sales tool, our experienced retail sales consultants offer our customers a comprehensive, informative and friendly sales service to suit all budgets and needs.
This retail role requires flexibility to work any 5 days per week including weekends and some bank holidays.

About the role:
- Working as part of the retail furniture department, you’ll bring our range of furniture products to life, delivering a positive shopping experience to our retail customers.
- Selling across all retail furniture areas including upholstery, cabinet and beds.
- Engaging with customers and talking through the features and benefits of the furniture in our range in order to find what best suits the customers wants and needs.
- Using our tablet system to place orders and process payments.
- Always provide outstanding levels of customer service.
About you:
- The ideal candidate will have experience of selling in a retail furniture sales environment.
- Ability to work to sales targets and have the ability to up-sell.
- A natural flair for building good customer relationships and customer service.
- Good IT skills.
- A confident and enthusiastic individual with a positive work ethic.
