Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you will provide essential, confidential and professional administrative support, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of a range of business activities. From purchase ledger administration and travel coordination to office support and customer service, this is a varied role offering exposure across multiple departments.
This role offers flexible working hours, with reduced or part-time hours considered for the right candidate.

About The Role
Join our busy Finance team as an Administrative Assistant (Maternity Cover) providing essential support across purchase ledger, administration and office services.
Key Responsibilities:

Process supplier invoices and support purchase ledger activities

Arrange travel, accommodation and courier bookings

Provide switchboard cover and administrative support across departments

Coordinate hospitality requirements for meetings and visitors

Maintain accurate records, databases and reports

Support purchasing activities and general office administration

Previous administration experience in a busy office environment

Strong organisational and time management skills

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Proficient in Microsoft Office
