Role Description:
We are a growing property development and management company specialising in HMO (House in Multiple Occupation) properties and hotel refurbishment projects across the UK.
As part of our expansion, we are building an in-house construction team to manage renovation and refurbishment projects across our portfolio.
We are looking for motivated builders and multi-traders, including those with roofing experience, who can support full property refurbishments, structural upgrades, and compliance works required for HMO standards.

Key Responsibilities:
You will be involved in a wide range of building and renovation works including:
- Property refurbishment and renovation work
- Roofing repairs, roof installation and maintenance
- Stud wall installation and partition building
- Fire-rated door and frame installation (HMO compliance)
- Plasterboarding and basic plastering works
- Flooring installation (laminate, vinyl, engineered flooring)
- Kitchen installation and cabinet fitting
- Bathroom installation and basic plumbing works
- Basic electrical preparation work (first fix support – not certification)
- Painting and decorating works
- General maintenance and building works across multiple properties
- Ensuring works are carried out in line with UK Building Regulations and HMO standards
- Maintaining a safe and organised working environment on site
Skills & Eligibility:
The ideal candidate should have:
- Experience in building, renovation, roofing or multi-trade construction work
- Ability to perform a variety of property refurbishment tasks
- Understanding of general construction techniques
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good problem-solving skills on site
- Basic knowledge of UK building standards (HMO experience is an advantage)
Preferred but not essential:
- CSCS Card
- Own tools
- Previous experience in property refurbishment or HMO projects
- Roofing experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
