Kitchen and Bathroom Sales Consultant - Shirley
Full Time, Permanent
An exciting opportunity for a full time Kitchen and Bathroom Sales Consultant has become available at our Shirley branch. The working days will be 4 days a week Monday to Friday, and Saturday mornings 8am-12pm.
Key tasks will include:
- Provide and create inspirational designs for our Trade and Retail customers, ensuring our customers expectations are followed and to timeframes
- Check and verify design plans, technical information, quotes and orders for accuracy and full compliance including supplier stock and lead times
- Ensure site surveys and correct measurements are taken and designs worked to space allocated including architect plans
- Build on trading relationships with customers/suppliers through visits/networking events
- Identify new development projects and chase new planning leads for further sales opportunities
- Effectively liaise with EH Smith Business Development Executives on existing and upcoming projects and source new business
- Always ensure the highest standards of customer service and help promote a strong service culture within the team
Person & Skills
Successful candidates should be highly motivated, enthusiastic, computer literate and enjoy working as part of a team, with a proactive approach to customer service and sales. They should have extensive knowledge and experience in kitchen and bathroom sales. Experience working with the Winner Cad program and Symphony kitchens would be preferrable but not essential.
