We are seeking a reliable and professional Licensed Private Hire Driver to join our team. The role involves transporting passengers safely, comfortably, and on time while delivering a high standard of customer service. Drivers are expected to follow assigned routes or navigation instructions, maintain a presentable vehicle, and communicate politely with passengers, parents, carers, and school staff when required.
Key duties include:
- Safely transporting passengers to their destinations in a timely manner
- Maintaining a clean, presentable, and roadworthy vehicle
- Communicating clearly and professionally with passengers and relevant contacts
- Following all licensing, safeguarding, and road‑safety requirements
- Reporting any vehicle issues or concerns promptly
- Keeping basic records of trips when required
