About the Role
Crown Workspace is a specialist division within Crown Worldwide Group focused on the management, relocation, and transformation of workplace environments. Through tailored solutions, you will work to ensure businesses experience minimal disruption during moves and enjoy productive, well-organised workspaces.
Crown Workplace Systems IT need IT specialist to de-commission and re-commission of IT equipment, auditing, cable management and testing.
These roles are positions that requires people skills and ability to quickly analyse, resolve technical issues and implementation of a high-quality IT service to Workspace customers.
Reporting directly to customers or our IT team leader
Casual base as we needed (not full-time position)
What You’ll Do
- De-Commission and Re-Commission IT equipment
- Cable management
- IT audit
- IT post move support
- Training in Information Technology
- PC troubleshooting
- Shares knowledge and experience to strengthen the overall performance of the team
What We’re Looking For
- You must have a full clean driving licence as a minimum to apply
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and to work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Flexible for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday part time work
- 2 Years + experience hands on PC Hardware and software
- Adaptable, focused, and able to interpret technical details into an understandable format for non-technically minded people
- An organised, flexible and reliable person, who works beyond the constraints of job description to deliver exceptional results within defined timescales
- A responsible and observant team player and team leader, who draws on first-rate communication skills to develop effective relationships at every level
