Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Lead and supervise staff, including recruitment, training, and scheduling
- Achieve sales targets and enhance customer experience.
- Maintain inventory, merchandising, and compliance standards.
- Handle customer issues and ensure excellent service.
- Prepare sales reports and collaborate with management on strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of retail management experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in staff supervision, scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
- Knowledge of inventory control, merchandising, and store operations.
- Ability to analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve store performance.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
