Established for over 10 years, we provide Electrical, Fire & Security, Commercial Gas, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration services to a wide range of commercial clients including schools, colleges, hotels, restaurants and office buildings.

Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Electrician / Fire & Security Engineer to join our expanding team.
The Role
You will be responsible for carrying out installation, servicing, maintenance and fault finding across a variety of commercial electrical and fire & security systems throughout the West Midlands.
This is a varied role working on commercial properties, providing high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service while ensuring all work is completed safely and in accordance with current regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation, servicing and maintenance of commercial electrical systems.
- Installation and maintenance of Fire Alarm systems.
- Service and fault finding on Intruder Alarms, CCTV and Access Control systems.
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works.
- Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently.
- Completing electrical testing and inspection where required.
- Providing technical support and advice to customers on-site.
- Completing all paperwork accurately using a mobile device.
- Ensuring compliance with current Health & Safety regulations and industry standards.
Essential Qualifications / Experience
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- Experience working on commercial electrical and/or fire & security systems.
- Experience with Fire Alarms, CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarms is advantageous.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
