Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Process Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring smooth workflow, and adhering to safety standards. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a strong interest in manufacturing processes. The Process Operator will play a vital part in maintaining high-quality production and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
This position will be supporting the daily Operational start up and therefore starting time Monday to Thursday is 02h00 to 12h00.
We are currently working a 4 day work week, which could be changed depending on the needs of the Business.
Duties
- Operate various types of machinery and equipment used in the production process, following standard operating procedures.
- Monitor equipment performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal operation.
- Conduct routine inspections and perform basic troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist with changeovers, set-ups, and adjustments to accommodate different production runs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Record production data accurately and report any irregularities or faults to supervisors.
- Support the assembly process when required, using hand tools and power tools efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets while maintaining quality standards.
Skills
- Mechanical knowledge is essential for understanding equipment operation and troubleshooting.
- Experience with soft drink processes is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail to ensure accurate record keeping and quality control.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills to report issues clearly and follow instructions precisely.

Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
