Job Overview
We are looking for a professional, reliable, and customer-focused Night Concierge to join our residential team in Wembley. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in customer service, hospitality, residential concierge, or security who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
As the Night Concierge, you will be the first point of contact during overnight hours, ensuring the smooth operation and security of the building while providing outstanding support to residents and guests. The ideal candidate will be proactive, attentive to detail, and confident working independently during night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a high standard of customer service to residents, guests, contractors, and visitors at all times.
- Build positive and professional relationships with residents and respond promptly to enquiries or concerns.
- Monitor the security and safety of the building throughout the shift.
- Conduct regular patrols of the property, including checks of all communal areas and riser cupboards for any leaks or maintenance concerns.
- Complete patrols across two residential blocks per shift and accurately record findings in the site logbook.
- Carry out monthly meter readings and maintain accurate records.
- Follow all fire, health & safety, and security procedures in line with company policies.
- Manage deliveries, parcels, and registered mail efficiently and securely.
- Report maintenance issues, incidents, or emergencies promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and presentable reception, concierge desk, and lobby area.
- Assist with planned maintenance checks, inspections, and general site monitoring.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by management in line with operational requirements.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a residential concierge, hospitality, customer service, or security role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently during night shifts.
- Willingness to work a rotating 4 on / 4 off night shift pattern.
- SIA licence is desirable but not essential.
- Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
