Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the nail technician team to deliver outstanding nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and specialized treatments.
- Ensure all nail technicians adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and sanitized workspace at all times.
- Oversee appointment scheduling, client consultations, and service quality to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Provide training and mentorship on advanced techniques such as makeup application, new trends, and customer service excellence.
- Manage inventory of nail products and supplies, ensuring availability for daily operations.
- Foster effective communication within the team and with clients to build lasting relationships and promote a positive salon atmosphere.
- Monitor performance metrics, gather feedback, and implement improvements to enhance service delivery.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician with a strong portfolio of diverse nail art and treatments.
- Previous supervisory or managerial experience in a beauty or wellness setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English; ability to clearly convey instructions and provide exceptional customer service.
- Skilled in makeup application techniques is a plus to offer comprehensive beauty services.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team, motivate staff, and create an engaging client experience.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining hygiene standards and managing appointments.
