Position: Patient Growth Coordinator - 32 Hours Per week.

Located in Knowle, Solihull, we offer a wide range of dental treatments and are seeking a dedicated Patient Growth Coordinator to join our expanding team. Role Overview: As a Patient Growth Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to support our practice’s growth by following up with potential patients, managing patient inquiries, and facilitating treatment consultations. You will play a key role in converting inquiries into appointments and ensuring that new patients have a positive experience from their first interaction with our practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Follow-Up: Contact potential patients who have inquired about our services and provide them with the information they need to make informed decisions.
- Managing Patient Inquiries: Respond to calls and emails from prospective patients, answering questions, and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Sales and Conversion: Utilize sales techniques to encourage patients to book consultations and treatment appointments. Achieve and exceed monthly conversion targets.
- Patient Consultation: Assist in the coordination and presentation of treatment plans, explaining options and costs to patients.
- Diary Management: Schedule appointments and manage the treatment calendar to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
- Support Team Members: Collaborate with the practice team to maintain a smooth-running operation, providing support where needed.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Sales Experience: Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a healthcare or dental setting.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Customer Service: A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- IT Proficiency: Competent in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and capable of quickly learning dental software systems.
- Dental Experience: Experience within a dental practice or knowledge of dental treatments is preferred but not essential.
- Positive Attitude: Enthusiastic, professional, and personable, with a willingness to help the practice grow.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a dental practice setting is advantageous but not required.
- Familiarity with dental software such as Exact, Software of Excellence, or similar is preferred.
Hours & Package:
- Hours: 32 hours per week, Monday to Friday. (1-hour lunch break)
- Pay: £13.20 per Hour

Schedule:
- Day shift, Monday to Friday, 10am - 6pm - Some Saturdays required.
