We build luxury swimming pools for high-end residential properties across Kent and East Sussex, the kind of stunning pools that become the centrepiece of home & garden. Every project is different, every site is different, and by the end of your first season you’ll have skills you can build a proper career on.
What the job actually looks like
This is a hands-on, outdoor, physical role. You’ll be working alongside experienced engineers on luxury pool installations at premium residential properties, think large private gardens, & luxury conversions, and high-spec new builds. No two days are the same:
- Groundwork, excavation, and site preparation
- Running and connecting pool pipework, pumps, and filtration systems
- Installing heating equipment, pool surrounds, and finishing details
- Commissioning pools and balancing water chemistry before handover
- Working to a high standard, our clients expect the best and so do we
- Travelling to sites across Kent and East Sussex each day
You’ll also be building something genuinely impressive and developing a skilled trade in the process.
Qualifications
- No swimming pool experience is needed, we’ll train you from scratch. What we can’t train is attitude. We need:
- Reliable and punctual, our clients are high-end and expect professionalism
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
- Takes pride in the quality of their work, not just getting it finished
- Presentable and well-mannered, you’ll be working in people’s homes
- A clean, full UK driving licence, this is non-negotiable
- Own transport to get yourself to and from our base / worksites
- Background in construction, groundwork, plumbing, or landscaping is a real bonus
What you get in return
- Salary up to £26,000 – 31,000 depending on experience and how quickly you progress
- Company van provided for site travel during the working day as required
