Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation and cooking of all plates, ensuring high-quality food presentation and taste.
- Maintain food safety standards and cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a commercial kitchen environment
- Strong culinary skills with a focus on classic pub dishes
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
