Tyre Fitter - Full-Time, Monday to Friday.
Due to progression within the company we have an opportunity for the right candidate to join Stratford Tyres Limited, a friendly, privately owned garage in Stratford-upon-Avon. You could become part of a busy team delivering High-Quality Servicing & Repairs, MOT testing, Tyre Fitting, Puncture Repairs, Wheel Alignment + Wheel Repairs for all makes of vehicles.
We’re looking for an experienced and reliable Tyre Technician who takes pride in their work, enjoys working as part of a team, and is confident delivering great service to customers.
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:30 — NO Saturdays.
About the role
You’ll work on cars, 4x4s and light commercial vehicles, fitting tyres, repairing punctures and carrying out small parts fitting such as bulbs and wipers. Experience in Wheel Alignment and Wheel Straightening will also be gained in this role.
· Fit tyres accurately and safely across a range of vehicles
· Repair punctures and complete basic vehicle maintenance tasks
· Work efficiently in a fast-paced garage environment
· Support the wider team and provide professional customer service

What we’re looking for
You’ll ideally have at least one year of general vehicle or garage experience, including tyre fitting knowledge, and be confident working both independently and with colleagues.
· Competent tyre fitting experience
· A current UK driving license
· A professional, customer-focused approach
· Good organization and the ability to thrive in a busy workshop

Salary
Starting from £28,000 per year, plus the opportunity to earn up to an additional £6,000 per year in monthly performance-based bonus.
