Salary: Up to £26,000 pro rata + Bonus & Commission Opportunities
Hours: Part-Time (18–24 hours per week)
Working Pattern: Ideally 3-4 days per week (school-friendly hours considered)
Location: Hybrid – Luton Head Office (LU2 8DL) or Home-Based (depending on experience and location) possible fully home working for the right candidate

We are seeking an experienced Protection Adviser Support & Case Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, supporting one of our top-performing Protection Advisers and their existing administration team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced mortgage and protection professional looking for flexible working arrangements whilst remaining in a rewarding and fast-paced role.
The Role
This is a proactive role focused on driving protection business forward, managing client relationships and ensuring applications progress smoothly from initial enquiry through to completion.
You will play a key role in supporting the adviser by progressing cases, liaising with clients and providers, confirming appointments and helping maximise business opportunities.
There is also the opportunity to earn additional bonus and commission through your own productivity and contribution to business generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting a leading Protection Adviser and administration team.
- Proactively managing and progressing all pending protection applications.
- Chasing insurers, underwriters and providers to move cases forward efficiently.
- Maintaining regular communication with clients throughout the application process.
- Confirming upcoming appointments and ensuring clients are prepared.
- Rebooking missed appointments and maintaining adviser diary efficiency.
- Identifying opportunities to generate additional business.
- Liaising with providers, clients and advisers to achieve positive outcomes.
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the client journey.
Essential Experience & Skills
- Previous experience within Mortgage and Protection Administration is essential.
- Strong understanding of protection products and application processes.
- Experience working within a mortgage brokerage or financial services environment.
- Excellent telephone manner and confidence speaking with clients.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
