Looking for a care role where you'll feel genuinely valued?
At GoodOaks Home Care, we believe exceptional care starts with exceptional people. That's why we invest in our Care Professionals, provide outstanding training and support, and give you the time to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
Whether you're an experienced Care Assistant, Home Care Assistant, Support Worker or Healthcare Assistant, or you're looking to start a rewarding career in care, we'd love to hear from you.
Why join GoodOaks?
We offer competitive pay of £13.00 to £16 per hour, plus 40p per mile mileage, paid travel time, flexible full-time or part-time hours, and consistent local rounds to minimise travel.
You'll also benefit from paid training, recognised qualifications, career progression opportunities, a Blue Light Card, Employee Assistance Programme and the support of a genuinely friendly and caring team.
What you'll be doing
As a Care Professional, you'll support clients to remain safe, independent and comfortable in their own homes. This includes providing personal care, companionship, medication support, meal preparation, light housekeeping and helping clients stay connected to their local community. Most importantly, you'll build trusted relationships and make a real difference every day.
What we're looking for
We're looking for kind, reliable people with a genuine passion for helping others. Experience in care is welcome but isn't essential, as we'll provide full training. You'll need a full UK driving licence, access to your own vehicle and the right to work in the UK. Flexibility to work alternate weekends is also required.
