Mugiemoss Auto Centre is one of Aberdeen’s fastest-growing independent used car dealerships. With over 90 retail vehicles in stock and a busy on-site preparation workshop, we are expanding rapidly and looking for a high-quality, experienced technician to join our team.

The Role
You will play a key role in the mechanical preparation of our retail vehicles, ensuring every car meets our high standards before it goes to market.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Mechanical inspection and preparation of retail vehicles
* Diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults
* Completing servicing, brakes, suspension and general repairs
* Carrying out pre-delivery inspections (PDIs)
* Identifying additional work required during preparation
* Maintaining a clean and organised workshop environment
* Working efficiently to meet preparation targets

What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a competent and reliable technician who takes pride in their work.
Essential:
* Proven experience as a vehicle technician / mechanic
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good attention to detail
* Full UK driving licence
Preferred (but not essential):
* MOT Tester qualification
* Experience working in a busy dealership or independent garage
* Experience preparing used vehicles for retail sale
