Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated operative ideally with experience in Stud Welding and/or Shotblasting experience in a manufacturing shop floor environment. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced atmosphere.
Duties:
- Stud weld manufactured goods using power tools in-line with company standards.
- Perform heavy lifting as necessary, adhering to safety protocols to prevent injury.
- Transport of finished goods to despatch areas using pallets.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Work closely alongside colleagues to meet production deadlines.
- Periodically operate a shotblasting machine (Training will be provided).
Requirements:
- Proven mechanical knowledge is highly desirable.
- Experience in Studwelding in a shop floor environment.
- Physical ability for heavy lifting throughout a shift.
- Previous experience in quality adherence and attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.

Monday - Thursday: 7am - 3:30pm
Friday: 7am - 12 Noon
