We're looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This is a customer-facing role where you'll combine marketing activity with direct customer interaction, giving you the opportunity to build practical experience while developing a career in digital marketing.
No previous marketing experience is required. You'll receive full training, work alongside experienced professionals, and develop skills that can lead to opportunities such as Digital Marketing Executive, Campaign Coordinator, Brand Executive, and Marketing Manager.
Your Responsibilities
- Interact directly with customers and support daily customer engagement activities.
- Represent brands and marketing campaigns professionally to customers.
- Support digital and promotional marketing campaigns.
- Assist with customer-focused content and promotional materials.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the marketing team.
- Support event-based and promotional marketing activities where required.
- Assist with market and competitor research.
- Help monitor campaign activity and customer engagement.
- Work with marketing and customer-facing teams to achieve campaign objectives.
- Take part in ongoing training and gradually take on greater responsibility.

No previous digital marketing experience is required. Experience in marketing, customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, events, social media, or other customer-facing roles is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
