Responsibilities:
At Unify, we're dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our customers. As a Warehouse Operative, you'll be a crucial part of our operations team, ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of orders and maintaining the highest standards in warehouse management.
- Pick and pack orders for customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare goods for dispatch, including proper packaging and labelling.
- Participate in regular stocktakes to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Support the implementation of warehouse logistics, including organising and locating products for streamlined operations.
- Contribute to maximising warehouse efficiency by actively engaging in the development and implementation of processes.
- Work collaboratively with other departments and communicate clearly to ensure seamless operations.
- Follow standard operating procedures for each customer, ensuring compliance with their specific requirements.
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve operational goals and targets.
- Collaborate with your team and the Warehouse Manager to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
- Follow and promote health and safety practices within the warehouse.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in warehouse operations or a related field.
- Previous experience in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse logistics, inventory management, and order processing.
- Basic IT skills and familiarity with relevant software and systems.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills to optimise warehouse processes.
