THE ROLE
As Sous Chef, you’ll be the Head Chef’s right hand – running services smoothly, stepping up in their absence, and helping to keep everything consistent, efficient, and to standard.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Supporting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Leading services and supervising the team
- Training and mentoring junior chefs
- Ensuring consistent quality and presentation across all dishes
- Managing prep, stock, and kitchen organisation
- Bringing ideas to seasonal specials and event menus

YOU’LL NEED
- Experience as a Sous Chef or strong CDP ready to step up
- Confidence running busy services and supporting the Head Chef
- Good knowledge of stock control, GP, and prep systems
- A calm, reliable, and organised approach under pressure
- A passion for fresh, consistent, well-presented food
- A team-first attitude and ambition to grow
