Horizons Homecare is a friendly, locally run home care provider in Lancaster, and we are expanding our team. We are currently looking for caring and reliable Home Care Assistants to support people in their own homes within the local community.
We have local client runs available, meaning less travel and more time delivering meaningful care to the people who need it most.
*£200 Training Bonus paid after successful completion of training and probation period
Full-time and part-time positions available. Morning, evening and weekend shifts available.
Due to personal care requirements for our clients, we are currently recruiting female care assistants only.

Your Role
As a Home Care Assistant, you will support people in their own homes to help them live safely and independently.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Personal care such as bathing, dressing and grooming
- Supporting with medication
- Meal preparation and support with nutrition
- Light household tasks
- Companionship and emotional support
- Helping clients maintain independence and dignity
