FLAG DV is a specialist charity supporting survivors of domestic abuse who are navigating the family court system. We provide free family law legal advice, family court support, and trauma-informed programmes that help survivors better understand and manage the court process.
About the Role
We are looking for an organised and proactive Service Administrator to support the day-to-day delivery of our services.
This is a varied role supporting our Legal Advice Service, Family Court Support Service, and Breaking the Fear programme. You will help coordinate appointments, communicate with clients and partner agencies, maintain accurate records, support online programmes, and assist with social media content creation.
This role would suit someone who enjoys organisation, is confident using technology, and can manage multiple priorities within a busy service environment. You will be working across multiple digital systems, including Salesforce, Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, Canva, and social media platforms, so confidence learning and using technology is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing service inboxes and client communications
- Booking appointments and assessments
- Supporting referrals and service coordination
- Maintaining accurate digital records
- Supporting online workshops and programmes
- Creating and publishing social media content using Canva, Facebook, and Instagram
- Providing general administrative support across the charity
Essential Skills and Experience
- Previous administration, coordination, or service support experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent IT skills and confidence learning new systems
- Experience working with digital records, calendars, and online platforms
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Professional communication skills
Desirable
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Experience with Google Workspace
- Experience creating social media content using Canva
- Experience within the charity, legal, or support sectors
