We currently have five homes’ in West Sussex area which will support children aged 8 to 18 with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
We are looking for a residential support workers for our 5&6 bedded children's home in the Shoreham, Lancing and Worthing area. We are looking people who are interested in a new challenge and feel that they are able to provide children with a nurturing environment to grow up in.

Your Role
- Support daily routines in a warm, family-style environment
- Deliver care in line with Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards
- Build positive relationships and maintain clear, child-focused records
- Provide nurturing care, consistent boundaries, and advocate for each child

- Clear communicator with integrity and strong boundaries
- Creative problem-solver who works well in a team
- Experience welcome but not essential — full induction and training provided
Requirements
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available* We do not provide Sponsorship)
- Rolling rota including alternate weekends and sleep-ins
- Enhanced DBS check (required)
- Full UK driving licence desirable, not essential
