Duties
- Maintaining accurate vehicle and driver records
- Booking MOTs, servicing, repairs and tyre replacements
- Monitoring vehicle defects and ensuring repairs are completed
- Liaising with drivers, garages, rental companies and suppliers
- Checking vehicle documentation, mileage and compliance records
- Assisting with vehicle collections, deliveries and movements
- Monitoring vehicle availability and helping allocate vehicles
- Supporting the investigation and administration of vehicle damage
- Completing general fleet administration
Qualifications
- Be organised and able to manage several tasks at once
- Have good communication and administrative skills
- Be comfortable using Microsoft Excel and email
- Have a full UK driving licence
- Be dependable and able to work independently
- Have previous fleet, transport or vehicle administration experience
