We are seeking a friendly and motivated Sandwich Artist to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of sandwiches and salads according to company standards and customer preferences
- Serve customers efficiently and courteously at the counter or drive-thru
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the food preparation area in compliance with food safety regulations
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts
- Upsell additional menu items to enhance customer experience and maximise sales opportunities
- Handle cash register operations accurately, including processing payments and giving change
- Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and hygiene practices
- Assist in opening or closing duties as required, including cleaning and sanitising equipment and workspaces
Experience
- Previous experience in food preparation or working within a restaurant environment is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided
- Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced setting is advantageous
- Knowledge of food safety standards and basic hygiene practices is desirable
- Basic maths skills are necessary for handling transactions accurately
- Kitchen or culinary experience can be beneficial but is not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning new skills is essential
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy periods
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance
Pay: £12.71-£16.17 per hour
