Job Summary
We are seeking a self-employed cleaner to provide professional cleaning services to a diverse range of clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various settings, including residential, commercial, and hospitality environments. This role offers flexibility, while delivering exceptional service. Previous experience in cleaning is advantageous. A background in customer service can be beneficial but is not essential.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated spaces, including dusting, hoovering, mopping, and sanitising surfaces
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in accordance with client specifications
- Utilise appropriate cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively
- Meet client appointments and deadlines
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Keep accurate records of completed jobs
- Uphold health and safety regulations at all times during cleaning activities
Skills
- Proven experience in domestic & commercial cleaning is preferred
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients independently
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure thorough cleanliness
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Must have full UK drivers licence
- Customer service orientation to ensure client satisfaction at all times
