Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive business growth, working alongside our Advertising & Marketing Manager. Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimise marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email marketing, SEO, Google Ads, and B2B platforms.
- Hosting regular livestreams to promote our brand, and ultimately host our live competitions.
- Manage content creation and copywriting for various marketing materials, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging.
- Oversee social media management to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Utilise tools such as Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Google Analytics, and IT platforms to analyse campaign performance and generate reports.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on project management tasks to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Manage B2B marketing activities including client outreach, relationship management, and lead generation strategies.
- Organise events or webinars as part of promotional activities to strengthen client engagement.
- Monitor industry developments and incorporate innovative marketing techniques into campaigns.
- Maintain organised records of all marketing activities and performance metrics.
- Contacting influencers and building relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in management, project management, or a similar role within a marketing environment.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), and IT systems relevant to digital marketing.
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data insights effectively.
- Exceptional copywriting skills with an emphasis on clarity and persuasive communication.
- Experience in B2B marketing strategies and relationship management is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills in English—both written and verbal—and leadership qualities to guide team members when necessary.
