We are seeking a motivated and flexible Ad hoc Cleaner to join our dynamic cleaning team. Duties
- Perform commercial cleaning tasks across different facilities, including offices, retail spaces, and industrial sites, based on scheduled requests or urgent needs
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies to thoroughly clean floors, surfaces, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Ensure all cleaning procedures adhere to health and safety standards, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals
- Respond promptly to ad hoc cleaning requests with a positive attitude and a focus on quality
- Maintain cleanliness logs and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately
- Follow established protocols for waste disposal and recycling to promote environmentally responsible practices
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of cleaning tasks within designated timeframes
Experience
- Prior experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, and steam cleaners is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various settings
- Excellent time management skills with the flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities
- Must be able to work in the school holidays, weekends would be advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
